Beta includes, according to your preferences: comments on spelling and grammar, clarity, tone, pacing, consistency of characterization, and structural suggestions. If my winning bidder prefers, I will instead give detailed concrit on a finished piece, commenting on what worked for me as a reader and what didn't. I work in publishing, regularly edit texts, and have been beta-ing fanfic for approx a decade. (NB: I cannot give advice on preparing a manuscript for sale, or marketing it.)
