(This is where I'm torn between wanting to win an auction AND wanting everyone who wants to win an auction the opportunity to win their auctions, and loving the raffle system idea of $1 per raffle ticket so that every size bid has a good chance to win.)

Honey, if someone outbids you I’d be more than happy to do a second for you. (It may be my low self esteem as a creator placing my bids low, I think I alluded to that too.)

I'm so torn on how to start bidding on these... a part of me wants to throw down a higher number and a part of me wants to bid low to give others a chance, as I don't want to be a greedy boots! But I already have a number in my mind that I decided to give to Aussie charities, and I'm currently winning THREE auctions, and I'm still a little under what my giving number will be. :)
Honestly, just watching a news report on koalas surviving with severe burns made up my mind on the giving front. As someone else who survived a fire, but with permanent scars from the burns, I was sobbing like a baby. If I think too long and hard about the bushfires, it isn't pretty, so... time to give to organizations doing phenomenal work on the ground to save creatures and rebuild their habitat, you know?
